What is Hypnotherapy?

This process is one of self-motivation and participation in the person’s desirable transformation; the therapist invites the client into a stage of deep relaxation, which actually shifts the brain waves from an alert mode into a deeper and receptive subconscious state of mind. Everything about the human condition is stored in the subconscious mind. We use our alert conscious when we learn new things, then, it moves to an auto pilot mode. Through the use of vivid imagery and relaxation induction, the hypnotherapist provides healing interventions by operating with the brain’s alpha and theta waves. In such a relaxing mode our brain has a high suggestibility and responsiveness level that it is not limited by our conscious filter.    Thus, the clients’ adopted unwanted beliefs and behavior can be modified.

There are many areas where Hypnotherapy can be beneficial such as: overcoming addictions, increasing self-esteem, enhancing performance and creativity, gaining insight to open your full potential, alleviate stress and anxiety, opening up one’s sexuality, reducing pain, increasing concentration and learning ability and opening memories of your past life experience. Working together in combination with motivation and imagination, you will unlock your blocks and eliminate the pre-programmed negative self-hypnosis. In short, this would lead to a deepening of belief in your ability to make positive changes and achieve your life goals
