About Elena De Salvo

Having a background education from John F. Kennedy University in Master of Arts of Marriage and Family Therapy and Palo Alto school of Hypnotherapy, I am extremely enthusiastic and passionate about my work in the area of Psychology and Hypnosis to be a part of a positive change in people’s lives.

My own personal experience of change was a difficult way to recognize how limited and unhealthy beliefs shaped my life and how much effort needs to be involved to turn life from being totally unhappy or unlucky to being a happy and vibrant individual. Hypnotherapy address’s an individual’s deep beliefs, which are laying one’s subconscious as life programming, working with the most receptive brain ways to achieve an effective result. In my own skin, I know that we have in life, what we believe regardless our individual personality, childhood experience and environment we continue to grow, including parents input and traumas as well as past life experience.

Our hypnotherapy is conducted with a deep understanding of human behavior, interpersonal issues and each individual’s personal experiences. I had the opportunity to provide hypnotherapy services for individuals to address stress and anxiety; low self-esteem and panic attacks, weight loss and other undesirable habits. Improvement’s are realized in variety of areas. My techniques have proven to yield long-lasting results in a relatively brief period of time.

We are focused on giving our clients powerful skills that are designed to last a lifetime alleviating discomfort and improving overall functioning.

All clients are welcome; regardless of race, religion, ethnicity and all personal lifestyles. Counseling services are also offered in Russian language.

I serve clients through video and audio sessions in the United States.
